Job Description


An extensive training programme will be provided with focus on specific systems and Standard Operating Procedures that the company utilises. As a Risk and Compliance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the adherence to regulatory standards and mitigating potential risks within our organisation. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective risk management and compliance programs, while also providing support to various departments in navigating regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to ethical practices will contribute to our overall success.

-Conduct regular internal audits to verify compliance procedures and identify areas for improvement.
-Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
-Ensure that all employees are well-informed about organisational policies, regulations, and processes.
-Coordinate and deliver training sessions to employees on compliance-related topics, changes to Standard Operating Procedures, cyber security training to ensure awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements.
-Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organisation's operations and reputation.
-Maintain accurate training records.
-Completing vendor documents and submitting supporting documents.
-Preparing various management reports using Excel and PowerPoint
-A variety of other tasks assigned by HOD Compliance, from time to time.Requirements
-Diploma in Risk Management, Business Administration, or Compliance experience
-Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
-Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance best practices including but not limited to POPI, BEE, FICA, FAIS, NCR, and Debt Collectors Council
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
-Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
-Excellent attention to detail and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
-Must be able to function independently and efficiently.
