• Develop and implement risk appetite frameworks and strategies to align with business objectives.
• Oversee the ICAAP and ILAAP processes to ensure regulatory compliance and sound financial resource management.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analyses to assess potential risks and their implications on the organization's financial stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on enterprise risk management practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on regulatory and economic capital requirements, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management frameworks and practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk management within banking and financial services.
• Strong knowledge of ICAAP/ILAAP, capital and liquidity management, and risk strategy development.
• Familiarity with stress testing methodologies, scenario analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements related to economic capital and enterprise risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
