Night Nursing Manager For 250 Bed Hospital (icu Trained)

Are you looking to grow into a more senior role?
Then this position is for you!
We are currently recruiting for a 250-bed private hospital, needing to employ an experienced Manager to oversee the entire hospital during nights. The incumbent will be required to manage staff, manage complaints and report directly to the Senior Nurse Manager.
In addition, the candidate will be required to be ICU Trained and assist in the coordination of the ICU during night shifts, and respond to emergencies when needed.
The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the Theatre Manager position:
Registered with SANC
Critical Care qualified
Postgrad qualification in Nursing Admin or related
Minimum of 3 years’ Management experience
Able to manage difficult staff and health care staff at senior management level
Strong administration skills
Salary is above market related.
