Renal Unit Manager (nephrology Trained Rn)
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a large private hospital in East London, seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Unit Manager for their Renal ward. The incumbent will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the unit and it’s staff members, including budgeting and billings, performance management and HR, reporting, etc.
The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the positions:
Registered with SANC
Postgrad qualification in Nephrology Nursing
A minimum of 2 years within a similar role (Unit Manager / Acting UM)
Strong financial/admin, stock control and HR skills
