Deputy Nursing Manager

Are you a qualified Registered Nurse, with strong management and leadership experience?
Do you have a postgrad qualification in Nursing Admin or related?
Are you looking to grow into a more senior role?
Then this position is for you!
We are currently recruiting for a 200+ bed private hospital, needing to employ an experienced Unit/ Nursing Manager as Deputy Nursing Manager, reporting to the Hospital Nurse Manager.
Your weekends will be free to spend with your family and friends, working week days only!
The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the Theatre Manager position:
Registered with SANC
Postgrad qualification in Nursing Admin or related
Minimum of 5 years’ Unit Management experience, within a large unit encompassing a large compliment of staff
Able to manage difficult staff and health care staff at senior management level
Proven rapport with Surgeons
Strong administration and budgeting skills
