About the role As The RPS Manager you will be responsible for engaging the site leadership team to implement the Reckitt Production System. This individual will provide support to site leadership in prioritizing, planning, and implementing the R-PS throughout the site as well as being the site SME on R-PS tools and routines Your responsibilities Work closely and facilitate site leadership in: establishing the site key priorities for performance improvements leading the R-PS maturity self-assessment creating the roadmap to build the R-PS capabilities in executing and delivering the performance improvement initiatives Create the governance on site level in executing the R-PS roadmap and facilitate the periodic reporting and reviews of productivity and R-PS maturity progress at site leadership level Train and coach site resources (front line and management) in the implementation and execution of Continuous Improvement through R-PS tools and routines, specifically in establishing effective Operational Reviews, Root Cause Problem Solving, and application of Lean tools in Kaizen events to optimize work and reduce targeted losses. Ensure tacking of all performance improvement initiatives on implementation status (L1 through L5) maturity in Anaplan, liaising with the Finance function on the valuation of the initiatives and keeping the initiative pipeline and status actual. Liaise with different functions (i.e. Production, Engineering, IT, Quality, Finance) when applicable on the implementation of technology that drives productivity and performance reporting (i.e. Common dashboards, OEE systems, MES systems, specific digital tools) Ensure sharing of best practices and improvements through SMEs within the sites and between sites in forums such as Community of Practitioners around selected key areas of productivity / R-PS The experience we're looking for Able to develop leaders, trainers, coaches, and front-line staff in different levels of the manufacturing site on the R-PS standards (including lean tools and routines such as effective operational reviews, basic root cause analysis and problem solving, operator asset care / autonomous maintenance, loss tree, 5S etc.) Demonstrated capability in: Relationship building skills with all levels and functions from shop floor to Site Director Strong coaching and developing skills Prioritizing efforts where many possibilities exist Strong influencing skills proven track record of driving Continuous Improvement Part of Site leadership team Problem Solving Action oriented and Decision maker Professional Qualifications A university degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Certification in related field of practice such as Six Sigma, TPM or Lean with What we offer With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
