Our client, an established multi-asset fund manager is looking to hire a Fund Accountant and Financial Manager to join their South African Investment business.POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:This astute Fund and Asset Manager was founded 10 years ago and offers a unique entry to private market alternative investment opportunities. The firm invests their own capital alongside their investors in Real Estate, Private Debt, Private Equity and Hybrid Capital locally as well as in the UK and the USA. They are looking to hire an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual to offer support in portfolio management and reporting.Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Any related financial qualification
• At least 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in financial management, financial accounting, and / or fund accounting

• Prior experience in the preparation and oversight of fund accounts, net asset value calculations (NAV), distribution calculations and other fund related matters

• Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, strong knowledge of

and lending * Previous experience in a similar role xe2x80x93 investments / private equity / asset management etc

• Strong academic background xe2x80x93 transcripts will be requested
• Prior experience in the preparation and oversight of fund accounts, net asset value calculations (NAVs), distribution calculations and other fund related matters
