Position: SA - Sales Development Representative
Type of contract: Independent Contractor
Working Hours: 9am-5pm CST
Salary Range: $1,800 USDAbout the Company
Our client is a leader in Executive Residential and Commercial Exteriors in the upper Midwest of the US. We work with community managers, apartment managers, homeowner's associations and property management services to repair, replace and maintain multi-family housing exteriors. We work on apartments, townhomes and multiple single family homes in a neighborhood.About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our companys sales goals are met..Duties and responsibilities:

• Outbound sales focus using commercial real estate software for prospecting.
• Setting up property searches based on size, type, and location
• Using satellite maps to identify properties needing repairs
• Verifying contact information and making initial phone contact
• Labeling properties within Reonomy software
• Exporting 2,000 contacts per month to HubSpot for nurturing
• Aiming for 50-100 appointments from these exports
• SDR will pass appointment information to contractors for servicing.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as Sales Development Rep.
• HubSpot experience (or transferable CRM skills)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Outbound sales and appointment setting experience
• Fluent in English both written and oral.
• Excel proficiency for data management
