Sales Operations ManagerLocation: South Africa
Salary: 1.800 - 2.000 USD per monthAbout the role:Our client is looking for a self-driven and motivated individual to join its operations team as it seeks to drive 100+ MW of national C&I solar projects to completion for the United States largest commercial real estate owners. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing solar energy company with a proven track record, established clients, and several accolades and awards under its belt and fresh off its 2023 fundraise.About the clientIt is the leading marketplace for commercial solar in the United States, connecting organizations to solar energy providers who compete for their business.Tasks:This position will have a variety of responsibilities which include:

• Being the primary point-of-contact and responsible for the company's Salesforce platform, acting as a bridge and working closely with its sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Ownership of Salesforce operation workflows and cadences, leveraging existing consultants
• Qualifying and developing leads for sales team, helping with sales discovery
• Monitor and improve existing reporting suites
• Ensuring Salesforce data purity and helping with reporting to leadership and its board of directors

• Ambitious, self-motivated and comfortable working in a small, partially remote, company environment.
• English fluent.
• High level of attention to detail
• Minimum of 1-year experience working directly with Salesforce
• Proven track record of working with multiple internal stakeholders and ability to juggle several projects at once
• Self-motivated with a go-getter mentality; ability to operate independently, own processes with integrity
