Job Description
Qualifications:
- BSc Degree in business / finance / computer science
- 3 years in a consulting space within project management, implementation management, and fraud management
- Customer success experience
- Access management experience
- JSON, Tableau, Looker / Databricks
- Identify opportunities and challenges and consult with clients to develop solutions
- First line support for day to day operational and technical questions for standard support clients
- Assess service statistics
- Prepare reports
- Manage and track issues to ensure accurate resolutions
- Provide support across fraud and identity platforms
- Respond to customer tickets
