Job Description


A client in the credit risk space is looking for a Customer Success Consultant (SaaS Specialist) to join their Global Fraud Solutions team. This role is a key aspect of ensuring global solutions are performing as per agreed SLA's as well as handling day to day first line support.Qualifications:

  • BSc degree in business / finance / computer science
Requirements:
  • 3 years in a consulting space within project management, implementation management, and fraud management
  • Customer success experience
  • Access management experience
  • JSON, Tableau, Looker / Databricks
KPAxe2x80x99s:
  • Identify opportunities and challenges and consult with clients to develop solutions
  • First line support for day to day operational and technical questions for standard support clients
  • Assess service statistics
  • Prepare reports
  • Manage and track issues to ensure accurate resolutions
  • Provide support across fraud and identity platforms
  • Respond to customer tickets
