Job Description
Duties:Coordination of Bush Walks for guest hours for guides
Coordinating training of guides and assistant guides
Training of Soft Skills
Facilitating the training plans of each guide and assistant guides
Monthly feedback at Management Meeting on the progress of guides and assistant guides
Monitoring of game drives, that all rules and regulations are adhered to
Constant evaluation of guiding team
Necessary assistance and training of guiding team including head guides
Give Wildlife Conservation Talks
Running the Head Guide MeetingsRequirements:Previous experience in a Big Five Reserve and 5-star lodge
Full Trails Guide
FGASA Assessor in Apprentice Field Guide NQF2, Field Guide NQF4, Professional Field Guide, ARH
Valid RSA Drivers License and PDP
DEAT Registration
3 Unit Standards
FGASA Professional Guide
First Aid
SAPS Firearm Competency Valid
Mature and Responsible
Strong leadership skills
Well-Spoken
Well-groomed and presentable
Strong leadership capabilities
Positive attitude and approach towards teamwork
Hands on approach towards the guests experience and excellent guest interaction skills
Ability to take initiative and problem solving
Passionate and pro-active towards personal growth and training
