Facilitating Risk Assessments and Critical Task Identification and Analysis (CTA).
Managing Catastrophic Hazards and Critical Controls.
Developing, reviewing and maintaining Risk Management Procedures.
Conducting Risk Management Training.
Participating in Risk Based Audits within the Company.
Developing a Behavioural Based Safety Programme for the Company.
Leading or conducting internal audits at the Complexes.
Contributing to the development of new tools, reports and standards to enhance Health and Safety in the workplace.
Promoting Health and Safety awareness within the Company.
Minimum Qualifications:
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Health/Safety/Mining/Engineering.
Minimum Experience:
2 Years experience at a Superintendent level.
Understanding of Risk Management, ISO 3100.
Knowledge of Assurance and Verification Processes.
