Safety Officer
Job Description
Responsibilities:1. Implement and maintain safety policies according to the SACPCMP guidelines.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
3. Provide training and promote awareness of health and safety in the workplace.
4. Ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to during construction operations.
5. Manage any incidents or emergencies in a timely and professional manner.Qualifications:1. Registration with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as a Construction Health and Safety Officer (CHSO).
2. Risk Assessment Certification.
3. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the Construction industry.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Proven ability to identify potential safety risks.
6. Detailed knowledge of health and safety regulations and guidelines.Benefits:1. Competitive salary of R25k per month.
