Job Description
Hire Resolve's client, a reputable mining company in the Northern Cape is looking for a skilled and experienced Safety Officer to join their mining team.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety programs and policies
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Identify and address potential hazards and unsafe acts
- Provide safety training and education to employees
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with mining safety regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Safety/Risk Management
- COMSOC 1&2/SAMTRAC
- 5 years' experience as Safety Officer within the mining industry.
- Valid Drivers' License
- Salary: Negotiable
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
