Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- 6 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in construction safety (preferably in fencing or civil works)
- SACPCMP registered safety officer
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency
- Own vehicle, cell phone and Laptop
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s license
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Identify hazards and implement risk control measures
- Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and enforce safety protocols
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses
- Prepare safety reports and maintain documentation
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for site workers
- Liaise with management, contractors, and employees on safety matters
