Sage Pastel Certified Support ConsultantWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sage Pastel Certified Support Consultant to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidate must be fully certified in Sage Pastel, possess a comprehensive understanding of all Sage Pastel products, and demonstrate strong technical proficiency in Microsoft products and PCC.Your role will be crucial in delivering expert support, troubleshooting, and consulting services to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Provide first-line and second-line support to clients using Sage Pastel products.Troubleshoot and resolve software, configuration, and data-related issues.Assist with installations, upgrades, and migrations of Sage Pastel products.Conduct client training and ensure end-user proficiency.Work closely with the sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the support system.Ensure compliance with Sage Partner Installer standards and certifications.Provide guidance and support on PCC (Pastel Cover Contract) matters.Utilize Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) effectively in daily support functions.Minimum Requirements:Sage Pastel Certification xe2x80x93 a must (Support Consultant certified).Sage Partner Installer Certification xe2x80x93 required.In-depth knowledge of all Sage Pastel products (including Xpress, Partner, Payroll, etc.).Proven experience with PCC and understanding of its application and support.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commission structure: We offer a low salary but high commission structure. Between R10 000 and R15 000 to start, depending on experience
50% comm on anything over target. Target is 2 x salary.
New sales, stationery sales and upgrades = 50% comm on rebates received.
Annual/monthly rebates = 10% on linked customers on condition underpins are met (target achieved, accountability met & paperwork up to date).Why Join Us?
