Job Summary Hire Resolve is seeking a motivated individual to join our client's team in the accounting industry as a SAICA Trainee. As a SAICA Trainee, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in accounting and work towards becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant.You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills in various areas, including accounting, auditing, taxation, and business advisory services. Working in a dynamic and supportive environment, you will gain hands-on experience by working with a diverse portfolio of clients.Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting audits and preparing financial statements.
• Participate in tax compliance and advisory services.
• Support in financial reporting and analysis.
• Engage in client meetings and communications.
• Contribute to team projects and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in the SAICA training program
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong academic record
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ambitious and driven mindset
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ethical conduct and commitment to professional development.
