Sales Admin Assistant Job Title: Sales Admin AssistantLocation: Free State, Thabo Mofutsanyane District, BethlehemJob Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hoursPrimary Industry: Manufacturing and ProductionSecondary Industry: SalesJob Duties:

  • Handle switchboard and reception duties
  • Receive clients in the yard and showcase variety units
  • Assist Account Managers with quote enquiries and communicate leads
  • Print and file returns and deliveries
  • Manage gate schedule and handle petty cash
  • Assist with branch debtors and report on them
  • Despatch and receive trucks and link stock units
Required Qualifications:
  • Grade 12
  • Diploma or Degree in Administration or Sales
Experience:
  • At least 3 years relevant experience
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Product Knowledge
  • Cost Control
  • Communication skills
  • People person with sales skills
  • Integrity and honesty
  • Perseverance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional certifications in Administration or Sales
Working Conditions:
  • Normal office working conditions
  • May require occasional overtime
