Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Switchboard and reception duties.xc2xb7 Receive clients in the yard.xc2xb7 Showcase variety units.xc2xb7 Assists Account Managers with quote enquiries.xc2xb7 Communicate leads with Account Managers.xc2xb7 Print and file Returns and Deliveries.xc2xb7 Handle all delivery notes and queries from head office.xc2xb7 Manage gate schedule.xc2xb7 Handle / control petty cash.xc2xb7 Assist with and report on branch debtors.xc2xb7 Dispatch and receive trucks.xc2xb7 Linking and addition of stock units to jobs.xc2xb7 Assist Account Manager with creating jobs from quotes for the branch.xc2xb7 Assist Account Manager with opening and closing warranty jobs.xc2xb7 Manage contract workers and handymen.xc2xb7 Assist the team in getting units out into the market with necessary quality control and on time.xc2xb7 Assist the team with necessary arrangements relating to warranty work.xc2xb7 Weekly handling of stock take, handling of stock related queries and handling stock for basic refurbishment work.xc2xb7 Air conditioner stock management, arranging of services and ensuring that there is working and clean stock on hand.xc2xb7 Providing market intelligence and assist the rental sales team in branch specific improvement initiatives.xc2xb7 Compliance to the company/clients SHEQ code of conduct and standards.xc2xb7 Compliance to all COVID protocols required.Minimum Qualification:xc2xb7 Matric (Grade 12).xc2xb7 Diploma / Degree Administration or sales related.xc2xb7 Must have valid drivers license.Minimum Experience:xc2xb7 At least 3 years relevant experience.xc2xb7 Administration experience.
