Reporting to: Head of Sales Sub-Saharan Africa Purpose: Plan, supervise, co-ordinate & control Sales/Services admin staff regarding ICMs sales order processes, demand planning, IC ordering and logistic, reporting (HFM and Sales KPI Monitoring), so as to ensure the fulfillment of company plans, market needs and the satisfaction of the final customer (from ordering until shipment). Ensure that delivery and distribution is implemented in an effective and proper manner Must be able to perform the following key tasks: Contribute to the fulfillment of customer needs by ensuring the prompt and smooth implementation of the sales and logistics procedures. Supervise order processing and invoicing, reporting/statistics (internal and external), control the pricing policy and monitor the sales order status (back orders, on time Deliveries and accuracies etc.) so as to ensure the final and complete satisfaction of the customers. Supervise Sales office staff Implement and Supervise filing of Sales Documents Implement and supervise process to meet deadlines on MSP costs recording, Logistical cost capturing and others. Implement Monthly reporting process, updating HFM and publishing Sales Office KPI. Supervise provision of daily Sales Reports (Orders, Stock, Sales To date etc. Coordinate with the sales team on a weekly basis to provide adequate visibility and coverage of customer demand across all manufacturing Hubs the forecast to the productions hubs, in order to ensure customer demand is captured by manufacturing hubs via IPP, sales orders etc. Coordinate customer feedback on issues related to ICM sales, logistics and providing excellent customer relations. Ensure on time capturing of Sales budgets and forecasts into HFM as per communicated deadlines. Provide support and on time reports to customers and sales representatives for ICMs. Weekly setup of dispatch schedule. Assist towards the control of receivables and approve sales orders, following companys procedures. Motivate and evaluate the performance of the admin staff in order to achieve smooth and effective operation of the function
Qualifications: Preferably a tertiary or post matric qualification in Business Administration English language (Proficiency level) Fluency in other language preferable Computer literacy Work experience and skills: Minimum 5 years in related positions (Sales support, Logistics, Invoicing, Credit control preferably in B2B company) Sales know-how with emphasis on customer satisfaction Logistics and sales administration experience Finance and accounting knowledge
