This position is open in South AfricaRole: Sales Administrative Assistant - (Remote)Monthly Salary: 1700 - 2000 AUDSchedule: 09:00am - 5:00pm AEST (01:00am - 09:00am SAST)Scope of the Role:Our client is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support the sales team. Your role will be critical in ensuring a smooth sales process, from contract administration to marketing and general administrative duties.To excel in this role, you should be highly organised, dynamic, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. If youre a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract management and distribution
  • Management of all external teams, progress payment forms and construction drawdowns
  • End-to-end management of all documentation for deals
  • Handover to the property manager
  • Ensuring all correct insurances are purchased
  • Organising of final building inspection and hand-over to the solicitor
  • Setting appointments for the Property Advisor
  • Property Search/Acquisitions: Property write-ups
  • Create marketing materials and process leads
  • Manage EDMs and collect testimonials
  • Marketing collateral/materials creation
  • EDMs, testimonials and lead processing
  • Providing overall support to the team
  • Set appointments for Property Advisors
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Administrative Assistant or similar role in property management or real estate
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Asana
  • Highly organised, dynamic, and quick-thinking
  • Resilient and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator, honest, and trustworthy
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously, prioritising own tasks
