Job Description


My client, a well-established Events related company based in Stellenbosch, is seeking to employ a Sales Administrator with at least 2- 3 years relevant experience in a similar position to join their team.Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Minimum one year previous experience in a Sales Administration position (Hospitality/Events a definite advantage)
  • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
  • Computer literate
Duties will include, but not limited to:
  • Assist with client queries relating to equipment rental for events
  • Processing of Quotes / Bookings
  • Contact clients to promote the company's services
  • General administration duties and liaising with accounts department
Candidates MUST RESIDE IN THE WESTERN CAPE!
