A well-known food manufacturing company in Cape Town, dedicated to serving caterers, bakers, and food enthusiasts, is seeking a dynamic Sales Administrator to join their team of devoted bakers and buyers who are always at the forefront of new baking techniques.Key Duties:
- Handle all inbound sales queries and orders.
- Assist customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
- Verify orders, including customer details and payment information.
- Capture data into our internal computer system.
- Provide quotes to existing and potential clients.
- Inform clients about stock availability, alternatives, and lead times.
- Accurately invoice clients.
- Expedite orders through internal coordination.
- Manage your time effectively to ensure timely responses to customer requests.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Support the sales department with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- A driver's license with reliable transport is advantageous.
