Rental report (daily)-Negative stock report (multiple times a day) - this must be done after every back order that is released.All negative stock credits - Negative stock invoices must be rectified before it goes to the warehouse.Microcat - Microcat must be processed by the last week of the month and write of must be sent to the Finance ManagerPDC dead stock xe2x80x93 Processing of Dead stock on a monthly and send reports to Finance Department.Stock adjustments - Stock adjustments must be processed with 24hrs of receiptCredit notes listing and cover sheets - this must be done daily by 10amAll KIA orders -creation of all orders from KIAQC sheets credits from Warehouse - All QC sheets received from warehouse must be processed within 72hrs

Qualifications and ExperienceGrade 12 is EssentialDiploma in Financial Accounting will be an added advantage.2 years experience as a Data Capturer.1 to 2 years experience in Automotive will be advantageous.Skills and Personal AttributesStrong administrative approachHigh level of self confidence and drivePerformance under pressureMotivational skillsCustomer OrientationPay attention to detail
