AC Direct is the largest supplier of Air Conditioning products online in South Africa and also offers a wide range of other products. The position currently available is the role of a Sales and Aftersales Administrator and daily responsibilities will include the following: Duties include: Manage sales and aftersales related enquiries over email and phone call Answering existing and potential customers' questions and sending additional information over email Keeping up with product and service information and updates Upselling products and services Explaining product features and benefits Qualifications & Experience: Applicant must have proven experience in the sales and aftersales service field Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Skills & Attributes: Must be good communicators in English and Afrikaans Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask Excellent phone calling skills Exceptional customer service skills Strong listening and sales skills Must have a valid South African driver's license Must be able to travel and work in the Randvaal, Gauteng area Only applicants that meet these requirements will be considered for the first round of interviews.
