Job Description
Grodirect is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team in Pretoria. As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads and convert them into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Meet and exceed weekly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
- Matric or NQF level 4 qualification
- South African ID
- Residency in Pretoria
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- No experience needed; entry-level position
