Job Description
A well know Real Estate Agency in Cape Town is looking to hire a well spoken lady with previous experience in real estate to assist in growing the business. The focus will be on High End Luxury Homes and Apartments in the Southern Suburbs, CBD and Atlantic Seaboard.
The position is fully remote and commission based only.
Prospect for new clietns.
Build rapport with Buyers and Sellers.
List properties on Websites.
Telemarketing.
Liaise with Bond Originators, Bankers and Insurance Brokers.
Set 1 to 2 Appointments per day.
Previous experience in a real estate capacity.
Proficient in English and Afrikaans.
Ability to handle objections.
Self motivated.
Strong work ethic and self driven.
Must have a laptop and reliable internet connection.
Previous experience in cold calling / telesales.
