We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales and Admin Coordinator to support our business operations and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong phone skills, experience with diary management, and the ability to reach out to leads via LinkedIn and WhatsApp. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing outreach, and can assist with qualifying leads, booking meetings, and supporting sales efforts.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support, including diary management and interview scheduling.Conduct LinkedIn outreach to potential clients, managing responses and following up as needed.Execute WhatsApp outreach to engage with leads and manage sales opportunities.Handle phone-based tasks, including booking appointments, qualifying leads, and client liaison.Support database growth by maintaining and organising client data.Assist with recruitment efforts, managing compliance and risk mitigation processes.Manage inbound and outbound communications to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads for sales closings.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or admin support role.Exceptional phone communication and organisational skills.Experience with LinkedIn outreach and other sales strategies.Familiarity with diary management and booking meetings.Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple priorities.Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
