Job Summary Prime Group is a well established Property Sales and Online Auction company operating throughout the country. We are currently looking for energetic, motivated, passionate and sales driven individuals to join our team in the property industry across the Western Cape, focusing on Durbanville and surrounding areas. Prime Group brings an innovative platform to the property industry through Online Auctions and Traditional Real Estate sales, as well as Lease Management and Bond Origination services. This is a commission based role structured at around 45% to 60%. There is no limit to your earning potential. Your Duties include: - Sales and leasing of properties, including offices, warehouses, factories, commercial/vacant land, residential homes and apartments. - Prospecting for new properties to market and sell in your designated area. -Prospecting for buyers and investors. - Canvassing for new listings in the residential and commercial property markets. - Networking with property stakeholders and promoting the Prime Group brand. - Negotiating sales and lease agreements. -Arranging viewings for properties on Sale or Auction. -Collection and collation of all required documentation for sales or rental purposes. - Constantly gain knowledge about real estate markets and best practices - Attendance at online meetings and training. Keeping sellers and buyers updated regularly when in transaction -Reply to and follow up on all email and telephone enquiries
