The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and managing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing branch.As the Sales and Branch Manager, you will oversee a talented team, implementing effective sales strategies, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Responsibilities:

• Lead the branch operations and sales teams to achieve targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector
• Manage the branch budget, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals
• Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, enhancing customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and branch management within the manufacturing sector
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and market trends
