A company in the engineering sector is seeking a young and dynamic Logistics Administrator for their Randburg offices.Roles and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Arrange transport of various items from various countries into South AfricaArrange transport of various items to be delivered in and outside of South AfricaPrepare delivery notesPrepare invoicesControl packaging and distribution of orders from the companyConsult with freight forwarders and customsOversee workshop tor repair planning, painting and quality assuranceProcess of sales ordersProcess of purchase ordersEngaging with suppliers on technic issues, delivery dates and production planningControl and dispatch of driver to do collection and deliveriesConsult and engage with the sales team on technical informationControl of shipments and deliveriesControl invoicingControl order intakeControl of stock and spare partsRequirements

  • Matric
  • MS Office Suite knowledge
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Administration Experience (Advantageous)
  • Tertiary qualification (Advantageous)
