Drive our client's strategy to support the travel trade following sales and marketing calls or events.
Manage our client's CRM, identifying trends, leads, and opportunities.
Oversee our client's guest database, ensuring post-stay follow-ups.
Manage internal and external communication, keeping staff and partners informed.
Respond to client reviews and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing partners to ensure a clear and consistent communication strategy.
Assist in creating and implementing a social media strategy.
Contribute to content creation, including on-property documentation.
Manage and update the website as necessary.
Essential Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and efficient.
Passionate about travel, conservation, and guest experiences.
Experience in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in HubSpot, DropBox, WordPress, and Meta Business Manager.
Ability to develop and maintain media and trade relationships.
Strong presentation skills.
Desired Requirements:
Experience using MailChimp.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Advanced knowledge of SEO.
Familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
Knowledge of AI tools.
Previous experience in the luxury travel/safari industry.
Between 5 - 7 Years
