The perfect fit would be someone with 8 - 10 years of experience on a Snr. Management or Executive level in Sales and Marketing. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or a related field in combination with a MBA is required. Must have a proven track record for increasing sales revenue and growth. Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• On an executive level, 7 -10 Years experience in marketing and sales.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth.
• Manage high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience in exports and retail sales.
• Proven track record in navigating complex market landscapes and capitalise emerging opportunities.
• Possesses strong strategic and operational expertise, delivering impactful initiatives consistently.
