2. Conducting budget analysis, devising annual budgetary plans, managing expenditures, and ensuring the sales team attains their quotas and objectives.
3. Researching and conceptualizing marketing strategies, discerning consumer needs, identifying market trends, and proposing enhancements to optimize the company's marketing endeavors.
4. Collating, scrutinizing, and synthesizing market intelligence and trends to generate comprehensive reports.
5. Executing novel sales strategies and advertising campaigns.
6. Recruiting, training, organizing schedules, and overseeing marketing and sales personnel to fulfill human resource objectives.
7. Nurturing relationships with key clientele through regular engagement, understanding their requirements, and anticipating new marketing avenues.
