"Sales and Marketing Representative - Property Industry (JB4149)

R7 600 per month + commission

An online property platform dedicated to connecting buyers, sellers, developers, and agents is looking for a sales representative to join their team.

As the sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships. You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

Drivers License and own vehicle

Experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong understanding of South Africa's property market.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Duties:

Conduct proactive sales activities to acquire new clients and expand the company's client base within the property industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including developers, agencies, and individual property owners.

Understand client's needs and requirements, provide expert advice, and offer tailored solutions to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.

Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.

Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of the company.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.

Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions and exceptional customer experiences.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics established by the company.
