*Please note that candidates who fulfil Employment Equity will be prioritized.This is a leadership position that requires incredible communication and organizational skills, and the person will report to the Head of Marketing. The Sales and Marketing Supervisor will need to have an in-depth understanding of all the designer surface brands within the groups table, which include Caesarstone, Infinity Surfaces, Eezi Quartz and Rudis Choice natural stone.DUTIES

  • Manage a team of 9 Product Consultants around the country. This includes leading, supervising and training them.
  • Management of the Marketing Admin Assistant.
  • Oversee the daily/weekly/monthly schedules and functions of the team, including call reports and credit card recons.
  • Compile monthly reports on data analysis from market research and industry findings.
  • Manage the Marketing Warehouse and marketing stock. This includes managing the planning, budgeting and ordering of the marketing materials used by the company from global service providers.
  • Overseeing the data and analysis of monthly lead generation across all brands.
  • Presenting brand training and information sessions to customers across the country.
  • Actively participating and managing regional marketing events.
  • Be required to call on particular customers from time to time across the country.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • In possession of a Grade 12 certificate
  • In possession of a tertiary qualification in marketing, sales management or business management
  • Industry experience will be advantageous
  • Experience of three years or more in a managerial role
  • Experience in managing a minimum team of 5 or more people, with valid reference to this
  • strong maths and analytical skillset, with a proven track record of stock management

  • Strong organizational abilities with acute attention to detail
  • Problem-solving, and adaptability in a team-based environment
  • Ability to build a strong team spirit and provide motivational leadership
  • Good time management skills & communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
