Our range of personal and business insurance solutions cross areas including motor vehicle, pet, mobility equipment, professional indemnity, and general liability.The Product:PD Insurance AU provides low-cost, high-value pet insurance and car insurance cover that wins awards!The opportunity:We are seeking to appoint a customer-centric, energetic and passionate Sales and Service Consultant in our call centre based in George!The role:The Sales and Service Consultant is responsible for advising customers on insurance products, facilitating sales, and providing after-sales service support. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring their claims and service needs are met efficiently.In exchange, we will provide you with a fun and collaborative team environment, a supportive management system and the motivation to reach your full potential!Working hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 00h00AM - 07h30AM OR 04h00AM - 11h00AM (weekly rotational shifts).
• Kindly note that these hours may be affected by daylight savings and operational business requirements.

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
• Proficient / advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in a customer service or sales driven position.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and administration skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Willing to work the hours as listed in this advert.
