Position: Sales Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring products are properly labeled.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments.

- Promote special offers and sales to customers, ensuring they are informed about our latest products and deals.

- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient working environment.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.

- A passion for Asian culture, food, and products is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions.

- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
