Primary Responsibilities Include:

Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction. Utilize knowledge of products and services to offer the best possible recommendations. Actively monitor and analyse sales performance against targets. Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. Stay informed about the diverse range of products offered. Keep up to date with industry trends and customer requirements. Proactively seek out new sales opportunities. Engage with potential customers to expand the customer base. Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation. Assist in maintaining inventory levels to ensure the store is well-stocked. Ensure the store is organized and ready to provide a positive shopping experience at all times. Greet customers warmly, assist with their needs, and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience. Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including processing payments, returns, and exchanges.

Requirements:

What You Bring:

Proven experience in retail or other customer-focused environment. Knowledge of retail management best practices. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organising and leadership skills. Commercial awareness. Experience with Silverware POS or similar is advantageous. Banking skills Effective time management.
