Sales Associate - AutoSpot (Bellville & Brackenfell)
Location:
Bellville or Brackenfell Branch (1 position per branch)Working Hours:
Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 17:00 | Saturday: 09:00 - 14:00 |Closed on Sundays.
Compensation:
Pure commission-based (structure discussed in interview)About the Role

What You'll Be Doing
?Following up on
house leads
via phone, WhatsApp, and email.?Selling a
minimum of 5 cars per month
to meet targets.?Managing
your own lead generation
through personal advertising and initiatives.?Engaging with customers
in-store and digitally.
?Assisting at
marketing events
(handing out merch, networking, engaging with potential buyers).What We're Looking For
Sales experience
is beneficial but not required - what matters most is confidence, people skills, and a love for salesA passion for cars
and a desire to help customers find the right vehicleTop-tier verbal & written communication skills
.Self-motivation & high-achiever mindset
