Midlands Saddle and Trout Sales Division is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. As a Sales Broker, you will be responsible for promoting and selling First Group and our resort's offerings to potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and selling products to guests
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and demonstrate the benefits of First Group and Saddle and Trout Resort to prospective clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality (minimum 3 years)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
