SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST- Skin Care, Body Therapies & SlimmingGAUTENG NORTH (Pretoria / Midrand, Polokwane, etc.) - South AfricaSTART: ASAP / 01 October 2024REPORT TO: National Sales ManagerTRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- Commission & Performance Incentives
- Petrol Card - business use only
- Cellphone - business only
- Monthly product allowance
- Vehicle maintenance allowance
- CTC: R18,700 Gross per month (excluding commission & incentives)
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
- Sales driven - this is an active portfolio and the onus is on you to generate the sales and maintain the clients
- Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer
- Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required as you will be traveling
- Ability to work remote
- Able to travel to other provinces when operationally required (at company's expense)
- Follow up on all leads received from H/O
- Offer training and support where required
- Cold calling
- Scheduling visits in advance
- Brand education
- Attend regular strategy meetings with the national team
