Additional Information
The selected candidate is expected to undertake daily travel as part of their responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities Sales Generation
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of potential clients through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
Effectively communicate and showcase the value of our client's billboard advertising solutions to prospective clients.
Client Engagement
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives and tailor effective advertising strategies.
Sales Strategy and Execution
Devise and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaboration and Reporting
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and operational departments, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Client Liaison & Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all production-related inquiries.
Manage and communicate production timelines, ensuring clients are well-informed and that their expectations are consistently met.
Coordinate with suppliers on behalf of clients to handle artwork submissions, approvals, and any necessary revisions.
Address and resolve any production-related issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
Artwork & Printing Management
Review artwork submissions from clients to ensure they meet the required specifications for printing.
Coordinate the creation and approval of JPEGs for client review and sign-off.
Manage the allocation of artwork to various printing jobs, maintaining detailed records in the Codesphere system.
Place and oversee all printing orders, including both rotational and non-rotational jobs.
Ensure the timely delivery of printed materials, coordinating with courier services and managing logistics.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the printing and couriering processes by working closely with outsourced printers.
Production Planning & Development
Collaborate with creative agencies to develop and refine campaign artwork requirements.
Provide expert advice on production capabilities and limitations, ensuring feasibility with suppliers.
Calculate costs and prepare detailed budgets for all production-related elements of a campaign, including innovations.
Prepare markups and quotations, working closely with the sales team to finalize proposals.
Ensure that all production elements are executed within the agreed-upon budget and timeline.
Digital Production Management
Oversee the digital production process, including the receipt, testing, and uploading of digital artwork.
Coordinate the scheduling and rotation of digital content using systems like Vnnox and Broadsign, ensuring all digital displays are updated as needed.
Work closely with media owners and digital billboard operators to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns.
Prepare reports on digital campaign performance, analyzing data as required.
Production Administration & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date records of all production activities, including artwork submissions, printing orders, and courier logistics.
Keep project management tools (such as Asana, Google Sheets, and Codesphere) updated with the latest information on production tasks.
Ensure all production-related documents, including specifications and client communications, are accurately captured and easily accessible.
Regularly update internal teams and clients on the progress of production tasks, providing reports and status updates as needed.
