Our Sales Department requires a dynamic, resilient, self-motivated Insurance Sales Consultant to promote the company and grow sales in the Insurance Industry - Cape Town and surrounding areas. The objective is to on-sell the company and provide a high level of visibility and support in order to increase installation volumes from this distribution channel.Job descriptionxc2xb7 Grow sales via Insurance intermediaries.
xc2xb7 Promote the company to the Insurance Industry.
xc2xb7 Provide on-going product information to a portfolio of brokers/administrators/underwriters.
xc2xb7 Implement and manage incentive programmes/marketing opportunities.
xc2xb7 Regular training to Insurance Intermediary staff on all company products and services.
xc2xb7 Weekly/monthly reports, monitor portfolio performance, track trends within the industry.
xc2xb7 Achieve set monthly and yearly targets.
xc2xb7 Attend after hour functions if and when required.
xc2xb7 Attend to necessary administration.
xc2xb7 Identify new business opportunities for the company.
xc2xb7 Facilitate process improvements by engaging with internal stakeholders.Minimum requirementsxc2xb7 Matric with at least 5 x years of sales experience.
xc2xb7 Good relationship building and communication skills on all levels are essential.
xc2xb7 Relevant brokers/underwriters/insurers/Insurance qualification or industry experience will be advantages.
xc2xb7 Established connections/networks within the insurance industry will be beneficial.
xc2xb7 Excellent presentation & Training skills.
xc2xb7 Must be a self-starter.
xc2xb7 Sales & goal driven.
xc2xb7 Able to work within a team.
xc2xb7 MS-Office proficiency.
xc2xb7 Valid Driverxe2x80x99s Licence.
