This hybrid opportunity offers micro flexibility.Key Responsibilities:Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the companys products and services, keeping up-to-date with industry trends.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key HCPs, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, collaborating with the team to create compelling materials and presentations.Consultative Selling: Utilise a consultative sales approach, offering personalised solutions that address the unique challenges of each HCP.Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct informative product presentations and demonstrations, addressing any questions or concerns.Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, adjusting sales strategies as needed.Training & Support: Provide training and support to HCPs, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use the products.Sales Targets: Work towards and exceed sales targets, tracking progress and taking corrective actions as required.Event Participation: Attend industry conferences and events, representing the company and networking with potential clients.Travel: Travel locally within and outside Gauteng to meet with healthcare professionals and support regional growth.RequirementsEducation: BSC DegreeExperience: A minimum of 4 years in-field sales consultant experience in a medical-related field.Preferred: Existing relationships with Integrative & Functional HCPs, Dieticians, Oncologists, Psychiatrists, Physicians, and Paediatricians.Skills:Fluent in EnglishStrong understanding of nutrigenomics, gut microbiome, and pharmacogenomics (desirable)Excellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesStrong organisational skills with a keen attention to detailSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyAnalytical skills to track ROI and make informed decisionsOwn transport requiredSA CitizenBenefits8% Liberty Retirement Fund-included in CTC.Up to R3351 Medical Aid-included in CTC.Petrol Card for Sales Consultants on top of CTC.Office hours: 7am - 5pm (Friday's till 4pm).Micro-flexibility, hybrid opportunity.
