Job Summary Identify and prospect potential advertising clients across various industries and market segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand client objectives and tailor advertising solutions to meet their specific needs. Present and articulate the value proposition of TieMedia's advertising products and services effectively. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in advertising or media. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively. Self-motivated and driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events. Own, reliable car and driver's license Own laptop Commission driven Strong people and communication skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising sales or a similar role.
