Their proactive approach has led to consistently high levels of sales success.With business booming in the UK, they are expanding their South African based team and are seeking to appoint two to three additional Sales Consultants. As an online property brokerage, this role will have you working remotely on weekdays and occasional weekends during UK business hours.The successful incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships, responding to business inquiries, following up on leads, assessing client needs and providing them with the best solutions. Other accountabilities will include negotiating win-win sales, conducting online property valuations, liaising with relevant staff members, ensuring excellent brand representation as well as meeting and exceeding pre-set targets.The ability to speak clear and concise English, non-interrupted strong internet connection and access to back-up power are non-negotiables for this role. Additionally, you will need a minimum of 3 years of residential sales experience, exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of property principles, problem solving skills and a collaborative attitude will help you succeed in this role. A property related qualification will be advantageous.
