The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) with exceptional cold-calling expertise to drive lead generation and close sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong phone presence, a clear and professional accent, and outstanding communication skills. Success in this role relies heavily on proven cold-calling abilities and the capacity to close deals effectively. Experience in selling HR technology is a valuable plus, positioning the candidate for success in this fast-paced, results-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
Utilise digital outreach strategies to engage leads effectively.
Qualify and schedule high-quality sales appointments.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies.
Maintain and update lead information using CRM tools.
Drive lead conversion and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements


Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
