Job Description


Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers who could benefit from our CAD software solutions. Your focus will be on generating qualified leads, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to move prospects down the sales funnel.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
  • Research and identify potential clients within the CAD, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and related industries.
  • Use various channels (email, cold calling, social media, etc.) to contact prospects and generate interest in the companys CAD software solutions.
  • Qualify inbound leads through detailed discovery and ensure they align with target customer profiles.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential customer organizations.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points related to design and drafting processes and introduce relevant CAD software solutions.
  • Nurture leads by providing valuable content and answering questions to build trust and rapport.
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Record all interactions and data in the CRM system to maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule demos or meetings, and work closely with Account Executives to convert leads into customers.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification strategies and improve the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
  • Assist in developing sales messaging, content, and campaigns tailored to the CAD software industry.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the CAD software industry.
  • Identify emerging markets, potential customer needs, and competitive threats to enhance targeting strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role (experience in software sales is a plus but not a requirement).
  • Strong interest or background in the CAD software industry or related fields (e.g., engineering, architecture, or manufacturing).
  • Excellent communication skillsxe2x80x94both written and verbalxe2x80x94with the ability to engage prospects at all levels.
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand CAD software solutions and their benefits for various industries.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for driving sales.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with CAD software solutions (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.) or related design tools.
  • Experience in B2B software sales or technology sales. Training will be offered.
  • Knowledge of the architecture, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
